RETURN, SHIPPING, AND PRE-ORDER POLICIES

You will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number if applicable from us via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times are out of our control once we have shipped your order, but we will assist in any way we can.

Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. A request via email will be processed within 2 business days after received. If approved you can return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Pre-orders are purchased before or during production and they are not ready to ship. Each pre-order has its own closing date and estimated delivery time. Please note the estimated time of delivery of each pre-order before purchasing. Please do not place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date as we cannot guarantee that an item will be delivered by your designated date. We will do everything within our power to expedite the delivery of your order but please note that pre-orders may have production, shipping or customs delays which are out of our control. We do not accept order cancellations once you have placed your pre-order.
